Your organization pays nothing to use Karsenics.
Karsenics is free to every nonprofit and community organization on the platform. No subscription. No monthly fee. No per-seat charge.
Revenue comes from the Karsenics fee paid by participants at checkout: 8% of what the participant pays for each registration, never less than $5 or more than $60, on every event in your season. A free registration carries no fee.
One sponsorship purchase carries one Service & Processing Fee, however many spaces or events it includes. An entry your organization makes free, with its reason on record, carries no fee at all. Ceremonial and civic guests, public safety units, school and youth performers, a grand marshal, a courtesy comp: record why, and it costs nobody anything.

Your own system
Each organization runs on its own separate system with its own database. Your data does not sit in a shared table next to anyone else's.
Sign-in without passwords
Your staff sign in through a single-use link emailed to them. Once your team is set up there is no shared password to leak, and access comes in levels, so a front-desk volunteer cannot issue refunds.
A record, and a way back
Overrides, waived documents and released records carry the name of the person who acted and when. Backups run daily, and on July 21, 2026 we restored one end to end to prove it works.
