Karsenics is free to every nonprofit and community organization on the platform. No subscription. No monthly fee. No per-seat charge.
Revenue comes from flat per-registration fees paid by exhibitors and parade contingents at checkout, the same participants who already expect to pay to be part of your event.
The per-registration fee is paid by participants and is not refundable. If your organization chooses to hand a participant their fee back, that fee stays settled with Karsenics. A sponsorship is a single fee, however many spaces it includes.

Sign-in without passwords
Your staff sign in through a single-use link emailed to them. Once your team is set up there is no shared password to leak, and access comes in levels, so a front-desk volunteer cannot issue refunds.
A record, and a way back
Every sensitive action is logged with the person who took it. Backups run daily, the restore procedure is written down rather than improvised, and the backup archives have been verified by hand.
